Whiplash Scheduling Policies

We appreciate your patronage and kindly ask that you adhere to our salon scheduling policies. If you anticipate being late, please contact us using the information below. This does not exempt you from any associated fees. Adhering to these policies ensures we can provide exceptional service to all clients. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

All deposits are non-refundable.
If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the appointment cost for any future bookings. Repeated absences may result in a ban from future services with us.
You may transfer your deposit once within a 7-day period, provided you give a 24-hour notice.

We request that you provide a 24 to 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling at Whip-Lash Salon.
Whip-Lash Salon will contact you via call and text to confirm your appointment 24 to 48 hours in advance. This helps prevent late arrivals, missed appointments, and related fees.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment details. If you forget, feel free to call our front desk at 770-485-1507 for assistance.
While we understand that emergencies occur, please be advised that last-minute cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

If you are running late, please notify Whip-Lash Salon to minimize disruptions.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in an additional $15 fee, which increases to $20 if you are over 20 minutes late.
If the appointment is canceled due to tardiness, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will apply.
